Dragon Fruit for Dinner.
I'm trying to shed some excess weight. :) Yesterday Cec's dad gave us some dragon fruits which he bought from Kuala Pilah. The color is deep purple and they taste ... hmmm ... heavenly.
After two slices, I'm still feeling a bit hungry. Gonna have some bananas and apples in while.
By the way, it has been 40 days now since I had my last cigarette. I'm feeling really healthy now. Just need to get regular exercises, and I should be on the right track.

dragon fruit eh? i've never had that before, but i've seen it. it looks too weird it doesn't appear as "edible" to me? hahaha. but good on ya for that 40 self-tormenting-days. may the force be with you for more days to come!
yup! MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU! ;)
and pray the haze will disappear by Saturday for some fun in the sun!
I took some pictures of how the fruit looked after it has been sliced, but have not managed to upload it yet. It looks delicious, I tell you.
The past 40 days have not been that challenging because I would associate the taste of cigarattes with disgusting things and that put me off from smoking. And of course, the 4-day Melbourne trip helped. :)
taste heavenly?! Oh... I really cannot understand. None of my family members like it. It taste pale.
Kluang, Johor has alot dragon fruits, by the way.
Hi Liew! Thanks for visiting my humble blog and dropping a line.
The ones which I've tasted so far, and I've just been introduced to dragon fruits, are very sweet and delicious. Hmmmm, perhaps it's about time you try the dragon fruits from Negeri Sembilan, eh?

Btw, I don't fancy dragon fruits either. Rasa very tawar hambar (everytime I get those tawar ones, why ahhh??? no wonder la I tak minat!)
Hi Lilian!! :)
Ish, I never realized that they are penetrating blogs now. They'll never go away will they?
CK,
The ones I tried are all sweet and tasty. I guess I have yet to taste the tawar ones. Now I know why some people don't fancy the fruit.
We've been lucky not to get the tawar ones yet :).
Is there anything we could do to block such spam?
